WGN Gluten-free radio show

Custom Choice Cereal recently learned that Steve from “Steve and Johnnie” on WGN radio 720 was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2001 and hosts what he calls “the first gluten-free radio show”.

He has some advice for newly diagnosed celiacs on his website, and we totally agree with the two most important remarks he makes:

1. Relax! Knowing the problem is half the battle
2. Don’t cheat!
