Loading ...Custom Choice Cereal came across the food blog Appetites yesterday and reached out to its author Robert. Even though he focuses on “restaurant reviews, recipes, and the like”, Robert made an exception and wrote a short note about our customized gluten-free cereal on his blog because he thought that we “have a pretty interesting concept”. The Cel Kids Network is a sup-chapter of the Celiac Sprue Association with the goal of helping kids cope with celiac disease. We were therefore delighted when a couple of weeks back Chris from the Raleigh Cel Kids Network created two custom gluten-free cereal mixes with his daughters.
