Gluten-free cereal is a Favorite

This morning brought a pleasant surprise in the form of an email. Our friend Gluten Free Mike, who reviewed our custom made gluten-free cereal a while back, now included Custom Choice Cereal in his list of Favorite (GF) Things. He has celiac disease, explores the gluten-free world, and thanks liked the cereal mixes that he created so much that he already knows what he is “asking Santa for Christmas”…

He also writes that his “corn flake mix was crisp and crunchy and when paired with the chewy sweet dried fruits and meatiness of the nuts I was in breakfast heaven”. Another proof that gluten-free does NOT have to equal taste-free… Click on the picture below to read his entire blog entry!
