More updates.  We have identified several suppliers for our gluten-free additional ingredients – dried fruit, nuts and seeds – and are expecting samples that we can then get tested for gluten.  Samples will also be sent to a photographer because we want you as our futures customers to see pictures of the actual products on our website and not some generic stuff.  In addition, we have identified some gluten-free base mixes, ordered samples and will have a taste testing with a bunch of friends within the next weeks.

At the same time, we are in talks with a bunch of suppliers for different options of packaging material.  I must say it is a very interesting process…  We are also looking at different facilities in the Research Triangle Park that meet our needs, can now call ourselves “experts” on FDA regulatory requirements for food businesses and labeling, are working closely with our website developer on a user-friendly website that will replace this temporary placeholder and keep developing our inventory management system.  So much for now.
